Dr Alice Cunnningham

Alice is working on many projects with the Patient Safety Collaborative (PSC), the Achieving Behaviour Change (ABC) team, and other quality improvement projects within the Improvement Academy. Alice is particularly interested in working with healthcare professionals to support positive and effective changes within the NHS to both staff and patients.

Alice previously worked for a mental health crisis team and has a background in psychology with a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Health Psychology. Alongside her work at the Improvement Academy, Alice completed her PhD in Psychology; her doctoral thesis focused on understanding the lived experiences of schema therapy in people with an eating disorder.
