To try and establish whether intensive intervention (ie high Frequency contacts, early introduction medication, early dietetic contact) help bring glycaemic control (HbA1c) to target more quickly. This will use the last 3-5 years of Diabetes data from both primary and secondary care (where appropriate) , using the code HbA1c as a control on which to identify the cohort and the time periods.
