Laura Gibson

Laura is the South Yorkshire Delivery Lead, based at Data Connect at the University of Sheffield. Her role oversees the delivery of a portfolio of complex health data assets, working across organisations within the Yorkshire & Humber SDE programme to simplify complex data access and delivery processes.

She is an experienced scientific and programme leader, having led teams, developed people and managed complex, cross-functional scientific programmes in previous roles within the pharmaceutical and scientific software sectors.

Her motivation is to improve the accessibility and impact of health and clinical research through collaboration, effective communication. and evidence-based decision making.
