Vishal is the West Yorkshire Co-Delivery lead, Associate Director of the Improvement Academy and Implementation co-Lead for the Yorkshire and Humber NIHR Applied Research Collaboration.
Holding a PhD from the University of Leeds, Vishal leads the development and optimisation of data users’ journeys within our sub-national Secure Data Environment, enabling high-quality research and supporting data-driven decision-making at a regional and national scale.
