Tracey Walker

Director of Operations

With a proven track record in leading transformational programmes and delivering change in a diverse range of fast paced, complex, continually developing commercial and government business areas, Tracey Walker joined the SDE from Health Innovation Yorkshire & Humber where she had been Director of Delivery for the seven years. She brings with her a number of skills, including workforce strategy and programmes, health inequalities, population health management, and mental health.

Over her career, Tracey has successfully built collaborative working partnerships across the health and social care sector and secured funding at both national and regional level across several areas. She is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where all have a voice and feel able to share innovative thoughts and ideas leading to a richer workplace
