1. Who are you?

Mark Gerdes.

Used to working with data & research over many years, qualified with an MSc in Data Science. Have an interest in use of data to further charitable and public health purposes now that I am retired.

2. Why did you want to be part of the Public Advisory Group?

Helping ensure the public have a voice in the systematic use of their data for furthering Health Research for the public good.

3. What has been a highlight for you whilst being a public member?

Seeing a broad and diverse range of individuals and views incorporated within the public SDE consultation process for our region.
